Q1. Can I get alert once the SMS arrives?
Yes. When the new SMS arrives, you will get alert by the special tone that is different from the incoming call ringing tone. In the mean time, there is an envelope flashing on the screen to remind you of the new coming message. You can also refer to your handset user guide to change the settings if you don't want to be bothered with frequent SMS arriving tones.

Q2. How to make the alert in silent mode or vibration mode?
When you receive a tremendous amount of SMS, you can set your cell phone in silent mode or vibration mode to alert you that new message has arrived. Please refer to your handsets user guide for the details. For example,
Nokia : Tone setting > Message Alert Tone > No tone
Motorola : More > Ring Styles > Loud Detail > Text Message > Silent

Q4. Where is the received SMS saved at? How many SMS can I save in total?
The received SMS will be saved in SIM cards memory. The capacity for storage depends on the types of the SIM card, ranging from 10 messages to 30 messages. If the saving room is full, the envelope symbol will flash again. You can save the received SMS or delete it after you read the message, but if you do not delete the messages in time to leave room for the new messages, you might not be able to receive the new SMS when the memory is full.

Q5. Why does the SMS display abnormal characters?
If your mobile phone shows you abnormal characters when you read the SMS, it's not necessarily the problem of the delivery; it may be the problem that the cell phone does not support Chinese SMS.

Q6. Why do I receive so many repeated SMS? Will it charge me extra money?
If you repeatedly receive the same SMS from us, it's because we couldn't get the feedback from the system that message has been successfully sent out and therefore send it again and again to make sure you get it finally. But we won't charge you extra money for that. If you get the SMS that you haven't subscribed, please contact us immediately.

Q7. Why I couldn't get the SMS that I subscribe? Will I still be charged?
Under the following three conditions this problem may arise:
1. The telecommunication company's system break down temporarily; or sometimes the data traffic is out of its capacity to handle, leading to the delay of the SMS delivery.
2. There is no room for your mobile phone to receive new SMS. The storage room for SMS is not unlimited, please delete the unnecessary ones to leave room for other SMS.
3. Your mobile phone has been off for a long time or you are in the service area without strong signal, therefore the SMS we sent to you is ineffective due to expiry.
